Before we headed for the beach the kids were diligently working on homework so that they wouldn't be too far behind when we got back from our glorious vacation. Katelynn kept herself entertained by digging in the suitcases and trying everything on! We had such a great day at the beach. This was one of my very favorite days of the trip. The kids played for 2 and half hours without one argument!!! They worked together digging a hole in the sand and protecting it from the waves. It was overcast but the kids had so much fun frolicking in the waves!!! It will forever be etched in my brain as a day where heaven and earth collided. It was the best!!
